Julia grew up in the City of Rochester in the 10^th Ward/Maplewood area. Since then, she has lived in Geneseo, Mendon and currently lives in Victor, NY. Julia & her husband Brian have 3 adult daughters and recently became first time grandparents! They have been investing in real estate for many years and enjoy every aspect of real estate. From touring properties, negotiating deals, making updates to the properties and meeting so many wonderful people along the way!

Julia and her husband have been in the marina business since 1999 and currently own a marina in Dundee, NY. They also own rental properties in Honeoye Falls and Shortsville and several storage barns in Honeoye and Dundee. Her diverse experience running a small business and being a real estate investor adds a unique touch to her real estate expertise!
